Erin O'Brien is reservations consultant at Global Ballooning. She joined us, as a reservations consultant, 4 years ago.
Her duties are: Assisting with general enquiries via phone, email and in person. Processing gift vouchers, making bookings.
What I like most about my job: The enthusiastic people, fun environment and positive attitudes.
If I could share one tip with a new employee, it would be: Be prepared for random photo shoots in the office!!
What is the most enjoyable part of your job? Knowing that we are creating a unique experience overlooking beautiful sceneries.

What was your worst ever job? Honestly, do not have one. I have enjoyed all my jobs, and been able to take a lot of experience and skills from each.
If you weren't doing this job, what would you be? Probably be a Flight Attendant
