Brian Bourke (Bourkey) is crew at Global Ballooning. He joined us, as a crew, 9 years ago.
His duties are: Making sure our passengers have a fun, enjoyable, wonderful experience before and after the flight. Ensuring our passengers have a seamless and safe morning that runs smoothly without them realising just how much work is going on behind the scenes. Making sure Nick sells more photos than Kiff.
What I like most about my job: There is not one thing I don’t love about this job. It is the best job ever and I’d do it for free (just don’t tell that to the boss).
If I could share one tip with a new employee, it would be: Make sure you’re IN THE ZONE!
What is the most enjoyable part of your job? Getting passengers to smile. You’re with happy people all the time.

What was your worst ever job? In this position??? Packing up a soaked balloon in the pouring rain. Another job... Limo driver.
If you weren't doing this job, what would you be? Full back for the Hawthorn Football Club.
How many times have you been ballooning? NOT ENOUGH
In which locations have you flown over? YARRA VALLEY, MELBOURNE AND MANSFIELD
If you could chose one place in the world to fly over in a hot air balloon where would it be? I DON'T THINK IT COULD GET ANY BETTER THAN MELBOURNE OR THE YARRA VALLEY..... MAYBE ANTARCTICA?
