Simon Cassells is crew at Global Ballooning. He joined us, as a crew, 7 years ago.
His duties are: Ground crew, bus driver for the balloon flights (we make the pilots look good) and other maintenance duties as needed
What I like most about my job: Meeting new people from all walks of life & all the staff love what they do
If I could share one tip with a new employee, it would be: Got a love the early mornings
What is the most enjoyable part of your job? Being around people who want to be out there, sharing the experience with them love what they’ve experienced as it always exceeds what they thought would happen

What was your worst ever job? Working in an office!
If you weren't doing this job, what would you be? Probably working for a Not for Profit Organisation or guiding - diving or the likes
How many times have you been ballooning? Can’t remember
In which locations have you flown over? Various parts of Victoria
If you could chose one place in the world to fly over in a hot air balloon where would it be? Antarctica or the North Pole, Would settle for a flight over the bungle bungles at the least
