We had an absolutely fantastic time today, Nick and the ground staff were cheerful, informative (not too technical for the sleepy brain) and professional. The flight was above and beyond my expectations, and after at the hotel we were well looked after by the global ballooning staff. They all walked around the tables making sure everybody had everything they needed and wanted, before they fed themselves. In all I really was impressed and will recommend global ballooning without hesitation.
