I felt the level of professionalism and the friendly attitude of both Brian and Simon was great (& the other guy was good too but I forgot his name!!). They could not have done more to ensure everyone had fun participating in the setting up & packing up of the balloon- all of which made the whole experience complete. Brian clearly had the respect of every other balloon pilot at the launch area, as they all were seeking his advice on whether to launch from there. Hmmm.... landing the balloon on the trailer at the end was pretty impressive too! I'll certainly be recommending Global Ballooning to anyone I know that wants to try ballooning.
