Booking Information
BOOKING:
Additional nights may be booked at the various accommodation places on offer. However, Global Ballooning recommends that you contact Crown Promenade directly to make these arrangements.
RATES:
The rates are valid until 30 Dec 2008 and subject to availability. The following block-out dates also apply:
- 6 - 9 April
- 29 - 30 June
- 28 - 29 September
- 2 - 6 November
- 31 December
Please Note: Crown Promenade package rates from 1 January 2008 are subject to change and are on a request basis only until futher notice.
PAYMENT:
Must be made within 14 days of making the booking, or 14 days prior to the flight, whichever is the earlier.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Safety is our first consideration and we will not fly if conditions are unsuitable. If you are weathered out, you may re-book, or receive a refund. (Meals and accommodation are NOT refundable).
