Are you wheelchair accessible?
Melbourne Star welcomes guests in non-motorised and motorised wheelchairs. For operational reasons, guests must be accompanied by an able bodied carer throughout their flight; the number of wheelchairs permitted within each cabin is two, with a maximum of six wheelchairs on the Star at any one time.
Where are you located?
Melbourne Star is located on Waterfront Way in Docklands, within the renowned Harbour Town Shopping Centre.
Where is the closest car park?
Parking is available within walking distance of Melbourne Star. Access is from Footscray Road with car parks located on Waterfront Way and Pearl River Road. Parking is available from $10 per day.
Are photo’s taken during the ride?
Following your flight you will have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive selection of images highlighting your personal Melbourne Star experience. Additional copies can be purchased online.
Are there toilets onboard?
Toilets are available within the Star Piazza and on the Star Deck – please look for directional signage, also available in Braille, or request assistance from our Guest Relations Team. Electronic door access is available for those with mobility restrictions. There are no amenities located within the cabins.
Is there seating in the cabins?
Melbourne Star’s cabins are designed to allow guests to easily move around the cabin during their experience. Each cabin provides a central bench seat for the comfort of our guests.
We rise before the sun almost every day of the year because we believe there’s something magical about experiencing the world from the sky. Any additional tour will commence after your sunrise experience.
If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, the combined tour will still proceed unless otherwise advised. It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure all confirmations have been received and understood prior to the departure date.
