Important Information

The total experience is approximately 3–3.5 hours, including travel to the launch site, balloon setup and pack-down, the approximately 1-hour flight, and return travel to the meeting location.

Add our optional breakfast experience and allow approximately 4–4.5 hours in total.

Add return CBD transfers and the total experience time is approximately 6–6.5 hours.

Terms & Conditions

Sunrise flight

This package is strictly non-refundable. In the case of your flight being cancelled due to weather, you will have 12mths to re-book.
This package is transferable to other passengers.
If your flight is cancelled, the breakfast will not take place. The package will be re-booked as a whole.
If you’d like to cancel or move your booked flight date, please do so prior to 14 days before. There are no cancellations within 14 days of the flight date.

Afternoon flight (May to September only)

This package is refundable. In the case of your flight being cancelled due to weather, you will have 12mths to re-book or you can request a refund less a $25 administration fee.
This package is transferable to other passengers.

If you’d like to cancel or move your booked flight date, please do so prior to 14 days before. There are no cancellations within 14 days of the flight date.

Weather

All balloon flights are weather dependent as we need to ensure it is safe to fly you based on the conditions. This will be determined by your pilot.

Please download our mobile app & input your booking details to receive the latest weather update from our pilot. App details are on your Booking Confirmation Email.

The night before your flight before 6pm, you’ll receive a notification confirming whether we can fly you based on the weather conditions and confirming the exact meeting time. You will be able to fill out the waiver/check-in for your flight on the app the night before.
