Important Information

If your balloon flight is cancelled the Yarra Valley add on experience can still be honoured on the day. Additional charges for return city transfers apply. Additional costings shall be discussed with the client prior to daily experience confirmation.

Sample Morning Itinerary (during summer)
Balloon flight timings are subject to change the night before by 6pm. Please check our mobile app for the updated schedule. We meet approximately 1.5 hours before sunrise, which varies throughout the seasons.

Transfers & Meeting Points

● 4:00–4:30am – Transfers depart from Pullman Melbourne on the Park
● 4:30–5:00am – Meet at Balgownie Estate if self-driving

Balloon Flight & Post-Flight

● 7:30–8:00am – Return to Balgownie Estate after your flight
● 7:30–9:00am – Enjoy breakfast / depart at your leisure if breakfast is not included
● 8:30–9:00am – Depart at your leisure or pre-book an optional transfer.

● This is a non-refundable booking – if your flight is cancelled due to weather, you’re wine tour package will still PROCEED on your booked date. You can rebook your flight/breakfast package for an alternative date within 12 months using our rebook link provided at the time of cancellation.
● Once your wine tour excursion is paid and confirmed, there are no cancellations, changes or refunds permitted. Your balloon flight can be moved to another date without any fees prior to 7 days before the confirmed date.
● If you fail to arrive, you will forfeit your booking and no rebooking or refunds will be allowed.

Weather

If your balloon flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, your Yarra Valley add on experience ticket will be PROCEED as scheduled on the booked date. Your flight & breakfast package is rebookable within 12 months in the event of weather cancellation.
