2. Voucher validity

This package is available all days of the week.

Please allow plenty of time in advance to book your preferred date. Weekends can book out up to 8 weeks in advance during our peak season. We operate 7 days a week, so you may like to consider booking on a weekday which can generally be booked on shorter notice.

This voucher is valid for 3 years from May 2022. You MUST book and fly within this period.

Your voucher is transferable but not refundable.
Global Ballooning Australia will honour the value (amount paid) of the voucher for the duration of the time specified on your voucher at the time of purchase. This can be used as a form of a credit to be used towards any flight experience/package on the Global Ballooning Australia website. Please keep in mind if there has been a price increase for the experience purchased during the time of your voucher validity, you may be required to match the difference of the total value.
It is your responsibility to check the validity of your voucher.

We rise before the sun almost every day of the year because we believe there’s something magical about experiencing the world from the sky. Any additional tour will commence after your sunrise experience.

If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, the combined tour will still proceed unless otherwise advised. It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure all confirmations have been received and understood prior to the departure date.
