Important Information

Duration

Meeting Time: Approx. 1.5hrs before sunrise.

Experience runs for approximately 3-3.5hrs, including: driving to the launch site, setting up/packing down the balloon, the approx. 1hr flight and driving back to the meeting place.

Valid for public flights only, to book 7 days a week, between 11 Jan – 30 Jan 2025
Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or package

Ballooning Booking Cancellation:

This package is refundable less a $25 admin fee within the first 6 months. No refunds will be given for bookings held in our system longer than 6 months.
In the case of your flight being cancelled due to weather, you will have between 11 Jan and 30 Jan 2025 to rebook, subject to Global Ballooning’s availability, or can request a refund. Bookings held in the system for longer than 6 months are non-refundable.
If you’d like to cancel or move your booked flight date, please do so prior to 7 days before. Cancellations within 7 days and 48hrs of the flight date incur a $50pp fee. There are no cancellations allowed within 48hrs of the flight.

Weather

All balloon flights are weather dependent as we need to ensure it is safe to fly based on the conditions. This will be determined by the pilot.

Please download our mobile app & input your booking details to receive the latest weather update from our pilot.

The night before your flight before 6pm, you’ll receive a notification confirming whether we can fly you based on the weather conditions and confirming the exact meeting time. You will be able to fill out the waiver/check-in for your flight on the app the night before.
