I found Peter Wright of Global Ballooning Australia to be an excellent and very professional pilot, and that\'s from the point of view of one who also flew for a living.
Having our heads in the clouds with a pilot whose feet are firmly on the ground (figuratively!) was a buzz. And seeing the ground with an uninterrupted 360 view from a balloon is much better than from a chopper or plane.
The whole experience from beginning to end was first class.
