Important Information

Duration

Approximately 4-4.5hrs, including: driving to the launch site, setting up/packing down the balloon, the approx. 1hr flight, driving back to the meeting place and finishing off with breakfast.

If you add CBD transfers on, the total duration is 6-6.5hrs as it is about a 50min drive each way.

Weather

All balloon flights are weather dependent as we need to ensure it is safe to fly you based on the weather. This will be determined by your pilot.

Please download our mobile app & input your booking details to receive the latest weather update from our pilot. App details are on your Booking Confirmation Email.

The night before your flight by 6pm, you’ll receive a notification confirming whether we can fly you based on the weather conditions and confirming the exact meeting time. You will be able to check-in for your flight / fill out the waiver on the app the night before.

Accessibility

To enter the basket, you can use the foot holes on the side of the basket along with a step ladder for assistance. The basket stands approximately 1 metre high.
