![When people ask Eddie how many months he’s been flying, they’re always surprised to hear the answer…
Because Eddie’s not new to the skies- he’s been flying since he was 15. That’s over a decade of experience in the air 🎈
But the story actually starts even earlier.
Since he was a toddler, Eddie has been flying alongside his dad, Kiff, Founder of Global Ballooning, and his siblings Pat and Scarlett. For this family, ballooning isn’t just a job… it’s a way of life. They truly live and breathe aviation.
Global Ballooning is a fourth-generation aviation family, with roots that go all the way back to the 1930s when Kiff’s grandfather established Australia’s first private flying school in Sydney. Fast forward to today, Global Ballooning has been creating unforgettable sky-high memories for over 34 years.
And Eddie’s passion doesn’t stop at passenger flights. Among the thousands of guests he’s flown, he’s also taken ballooning to the world stage, becoming the current Australian and Pacific Champion, and placing 6th in the world at the most recent World Championships in Hungary 🏆
