The grapes are grown using biodynamic principles and the wine is made with minimal intervention using wild yeast, making the wines vegan.
The property features a newly architecturally designed cellar door and dining room recently opened, providing panoramic views over the mountain sides. They pride themselves on locally sourced produce and food, placing it at the centre of their seasonal menu.
