What were the highlights?
“How do you pick a ballooning highlight? The whole experience is spectacular! From helping put the balloon up, walking inside the big balloon while it’s being blown up…. And then taking off so smoothly and gently you don’t even realise you’re on your way!
We were lucky to score the perfect conditions for our balloon flight! Of course, it was cold…. But that’s the best time for ballooning, right? There was a light mist over the vines, and we were up in the sky in time to see a glorious sunrise over the Dandenong ranges! It was simply spectacular!!
Another couple in our balloon got engaged mid-flight!!! It was incredible!!! They kind of did it quietly down the back…. But when we found out… we all squealed with excitement for them!! We even had everyone in the basket crouch down so that the happy couple could get a romantic photo on their own (without all our mugs in the shot!)”

Where did you fly over/ what sights, animals, landmarks did you see?
“As you can see from the pics – we got an awesome view across the Yarra Valley, we sailed over a winding creek and then went higher than the clouds to watch the sunrise!
We even flew low and slow over the winery where my sister got married! It was so amazing to see the grounds and the accommodation and remember what a great day we had at the wedding!”
