Swiftcrest Distillery is a quaint farm-based family run craft distillery, with a crystal-clear natural spring on the property, perfect for making spirits.
This cute distillery is 100% environmentally sustainable, and a perfect country retreat for all.
Set on 120 acres, they make all spirits from scratch, and source only 100% organic or biodynamic ingredients.
Swiftcrest Distillery is only open by pre booked Distillery tours at $30.00 per person, with their Distillery tours usually running on Saturdays at 11:00am and 3:00pm. Private tours are also available for larger groups through an appointment.
Swiftcrest Distillery tours give a unique and special opportunity to engage with a proper farmhouse style craft distillery, learning about the process from the passionate owners, and tasting the range of spirits.
The small group tours have a maximum of 10 participants, being more intimate and lasting for up to 90minutes.

The property features a newly architecturally designed cellar door and dining room recently opened, providing panoramic views over the mountain sides. They pride themselves on locally sourced produce and food, placing it at the centre of their seasonal menu.
