If required, an easy-access basket is available for this package , designed to make entering and exiting the balloon more comfortable and accessible for guests who may require additional assistance. Our regular baskets are approximately 1 metre high and features foot holes in the side of the basket and a step ladder to assist with access . Our ground crew and pilot are also available to provide guidance and support during the boarding process. Please note that ballooning is an adventure activity and all passengers must be able to safely enter and exit the basket with assistance if required. We encourage guests with mobility concerns to speak with our team before booking so we can help determine the best option for their experience.

Weather

All balloon flights are weather dependent as we need to ensure it is safe to fly you based on the conditions. This will be determined by your pilot.

Please download our mobile app & input your booking details to receive the latest weather update from our pilot. App details are on your Booking Confirmation Email.

The night before your flight before 6pm, you’ll receive a notification confirming whether we can fly you based on the weather conditions and confirming the exact meeting time. You will be able to fill out the waiver/check-in for your flight on the app the night before.
