It is with great delight that the Global Ballooning Australia team was again awarded the WINNER of the Tour/Transport Operator at the RACV Victorian Tourism Awards last night. After 3 consecutive years of winning this award, we are now proud to be in the HALL OF FAME!
Over the past year and a half, we have again undertaken a comprehensive review of our business and invested an incredible amount of work into providing our customers with a tourism experience of exceptional quality, which has been recognised by the broad judging panel of industry experts. The criterion for the judging panel to make their decision is extensive – not only do they look at the delivery of the product but also tourism excellence, business planning, marketing, customer service, safety & risk management, community service, sustainability and contribution to the vibrancy of Victoria’s tourism industry.
Clearly this recognition of excellence is not something that is achieved without the incredible support of our industry partners and our passengers. We take great pleasure in working with companies who share our commitment to the wider tourism industry, community, ethical tourism, sustainability, work-place recognition and customer excellence. Receiving this award reminds us that our success is the entirety of the wonderful involvement of all our industry partners, along with passengers who may have posted a review about their experience with us.
We look forward to sharing our passion for ballooning with all people wishing to experience the amazing thrill of ‘lighter than air’ flight. We shall continue to work hard in the community and in this state to enrich the vibrancy of life for all who live here or visit.
