Terms & Conditions

You can book 1 or more Qantas Passenger Perks offers if you are travelling up until June 30, 2026, inclusive on an international Qantas marketed flight(s) into Australia.
A Qantas marketed flights must contain the airline code QF (for Qantas) on the ticket. This includes flights booked via a travel agent; travel manager or online travel agent, as well as on qantas.com
For flights with one (1) international connection or more, at least one of the international flights must feature a QF number on the ticket.
Qantas marketed flights on Domestic routes within Australia are not eligible for this offer.
The Global Ballooning offer is valid for adult tickets only. Minimum two passengers per booking. Valid for public flights only to book 7 days a week.
The Global Ballooning offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or package.

Ballooning Booking Cancellation:

This package is refundable less a small admin fee within the first 6 months. No refunds will be given for bookings held in our system longer than 6 months.
In the case of your flight being cancelled due to weather, you will have 12mths to rebook or can request a refund. Bookings held in the system for longer than 6 months are non-refundable.
If you’d like to cancel or move your booked flight date, please do so prior to 7 days before the flight date. Cancellations within 7 days and 48hrs of the flight date incur an AUD$50 pp fee. There are no cancellations within 48hrs of the flight.

Weather

All balloon flights are weather dependent as we need to ensure it is safe to fly you based on the conditions. This will be determined by your pilot.

Please download our mobile app & input your booking details to receive the latest weather update from our pilot.

The night before your flight before 6pm, you’ll receive a notification confirming whether we can fly you based on the weather conditions and confirming the exact meeting time. You will be able to fill out the waiver/check-in for your flight on the app the night before.
